Here's a long overdue post of our Korea trip last December 2014. LOL. Imagine, it's almost been a year!!! Still, better late than never, right? I've always been excited about this trip because it was my first time to experience snow and negative degree celsius temperatures while walking along the streets. Plus, it's Korea! The fact that I'll be going to places I've just seen in Koreanovelas would really be fascinating -- but really, whenever I travel, I always find everything fascinating! HAHAHA. What's not to be fascinated about anyway? You'll learn about a new culture, taste new foods, see new places, and even encounter a lot of people, and it's all very exciting, right? So travel while you're able and while you still can. We're born to see the world ;)

The Selection
Tuesday, July 15, 2014
The rainy season is officially here, with typhoon Glenda along the way. I hope everyone's safe! I never liked the rain, though I could use that as an excuse to don on layers of clothing and wear fashionable pieces such as leather jackets and trench coats. But it was never appealing to me, I always felt sad and down whenever the rain is there. It brings me bad vibes, ugh! It's like a big barrier that's stopping me from doing things I wanna do because I just want to snuggle in my bed all day. Which is what I'm doing right now actually. I'm stuck at home with the company of a good book, box of revel bar from purple oven (YUMMY!!) and a cup of hot chocolate. Yes, this makes it up for all the BVness the rain brings. ;)

Frozen
Monday, December 23, 2013
Have you ever watched or even just heard of Walt Disney's Frozen? Well if you haven't you are missing a big part of your life. Lol, okay, so maybe I was exaggerating. But really, I just can't help but give praise for the movie. It was so good - the animation, the music, the story. I just want to watch it again. DVDs, please come out sooner! And while still waiting for the original and clear copies of the movie, I have (or my sister have) downloaded the movie, its not the best quality but it can be dealt with. Haha, desperate times call for desperate measures, eh? Lol. One of my favorite songs from the movie is Love is an Open Door. Try to listen to it, it brings good vibes. ;)
So anyway, what has frozen got to do something with this post for today? It's not like I'm wearing ice and the pictures don't really scream 'cold', you could say that by simply looking at the intense afternoon heat at the background, HAHAH! Hmm, so while looking at the pictures for today's post, seeing the white, clean vest and icy blue-like heels, it kind of like reminded me of the movie! (sorry, maipilit lang. HAHA :p)
I wore this last week when my mom and I went to Paseo to fetch my sister. We looked for some things and had lunch. Just a simple and SHORT stroll, so I have to take advantage and wear one of my heels. It's not like I can wear them everyday at school or during long walks at the mall. My feet would give up on me! Haha.
I'd like to make the most out of my vacation and I'm really glad we have lots of plans. (which means more outfit posts!) Well it's like we always had plans anyway, and I know I'm really lucky to experience this kind of fortune, so thank you Lord! <3 but for now, since I'm staying at home, I gotta catch up with my series. So, bye for now!

As I've said, it's fun to try an all black and white outfit - and in the midriff-skater skirt combo! It's been all the rage for quite a while now and who's to blame? What's not to love when it's the perfect combination of sexy and classy, trying to show some skin without going overboard.
For a more conservative look, I decided to add a leather jacket. Yup, leather once again. Lol. I told you I have a thing for leathers and sweaters. Gotta take advantage while the weather still permits so lo and behold for upcoming numbers with leather and sweats!
I was going for a minimalist look so this sexy ankle-strap heels were perfect!

I was really tired (but very happy) this day and I just want to meet my own deadline so I had to post this. Sorry if I couldn't elaborate further. Lol. So why am I so happy and tired today? Uhmmmm, lemme see. AHA! I just had done christmas shopping two days in a row! Wooooo. Santa must be really good this year, well he is actually, all year round!! <3
THANK YOU MOMMY AND DADDY! YOU'RE THE BEST-EST! I LOVE YOU TO BITS! ;)

Leather Weather
Tuesday, December 17, 2013
And as promised, one post per day, right? :-)
December weather really makes me giddy (well, who doesn't) because its the only time of the year when I can pull out those leather jackets and layer like there's no tomorrow. But I'm not much of a fan of layering, I just liked the idea. Lol, I'm really fond of leather though. It just makes everything effortlessly cool.
Me, wearing pants? Well you know how that goes, it must be a Sunday! HAHA my Sundays are always fun - meaning a day spent outside the house. Normally, from breakfast to dinner. In this particular Sunday though, I just had the time of my life. (HAHA okay, kiddin'!) 'Cause after months of asking my family to eat at IHOP, they finally agreed to it! AND I'M SO FREAKIN' HAPPY, AS WELL AS MY TUMMY! I swear, their pancakes are to die forrrr!!!! Should definitely go back there, S.O.O.N. hehehe
I don't know what's with this picture, but it really is deceiving. LOL it makes me wanna think I'm in New York or something. Well I really wish I was in New York!! Ahh, New York <3 Somebody please take me there, pretty please :>
*oh, hello photo bombers*
So yeah, I don't really know how to end this post. Maybe a good night would do? Hihi. More posts soon! Mwa :*

Nerdy Glasses
Wednesday, May 29, 2013
Wearing an all Candie's look for today's post. I'm originally wearing shorts with this top, but given that we'd be going to LTO, in Robinsons Sta. Rosa, I'd rather wear pants. I was supposed to get a license but unfortuantely, it turned out that the LTO in Rob was only a renewal centre. I was so disappointed... :| So we just went to SM to eat lunch then went home afterwards.
Lol. Don't I remind you of Betty La Fea? A girl wearing big nerdy glasses with braces. HAHAHA!!
I realized I haven't touched my doll shoes for quite a while and I'm trying hard in incorporating my looks lately with them. I'm just not that fond of wearing doll shoes, they leave my feet blisters. :( But at certain situations, they are every girls' bestfriends. What could make you look dolled up and posh without the need of sacrificing comfort by wearing sky high heels other than doll shoes? ;)
While my mom and I were turning our playroom into a dressing room, we found this nerdy glasses together with some of the stuffs stacked in the room. I thought it was too cute to be thrown away so I kept it. And now I'm glad I did because I am having so much fun playing with them! HAHAHAHA. I'm so lucky though, that I have a fine vision and I don't need to keep a "real" nerdy eyeglass!
Hmmm, I'm loving the color of my nails.

King and I
Friday, May 24, 2013
I really am so happy or even ecstatic when my mom told me that we would be watching King and I in Resorts World Manila! I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to watch another musical play in the New Port Performing Arts Theatre. The last time I watched there was already years ago, when we watched The Sound of Music and it was really great! HAHA. I think I'm already a fan of Musical Plays!! My aunt got 10 VIP tickets for free! Take note, VIP! HAHA I've been convincing my mom to watch King and I since last year and luckily, my prayers were answered! God really had a much better plan <3
The dress code says Smart Casual. And because it would be held in Resorts World Manila, I didn't think for a second that wearing this dress would be considered overdressed. I think I've already said it in my previous post that I really love to dress up whenever we go to RWM HAHA. People who go there consider dresses/outifts like this as their casual wear. LOL So they wouldn't mind even if you wear sky high heels, maxi dresses, or anything fancy because they'll be wearing the same thing and all you have to do is go with the flow!
It's one of the few events that I could attend and have the chance to wear my heels, so I would gladly take the opportunity and wear one! I missed wearing this pair, I almost forgot how elegant they look! Nude pumps really makes the illusion of longer-looking legs, its one of the many things I would list in my must-haves!
We watched last May 12, 2013, 7:00 pm. So as you could notice, I wore the same bag and watch in my previous post! HAHA. Notice the watch, from violet (in my previous post) to black! HAHA
I've had this dress for almost 5 years now and I'm glad that it still fits me. I'm just not ready to give this dress up yet. I think this is the first expensive dress my parents bought for me! HAHA
Ehem, my sister's wearing my clothes! Ahck! HAHA. I'm my mom's and sister's personal stylist as well! And sometimes, my dad asks for my help/opinion too! Hihi <3

Think Pink
Thursday, May 23, 2013
Here I go again with another pink outfit. I think I'm starting to fall in love with pink all over again. HAHA I wore this last May 12, (mother's day) and we all had a great day, though it was a busy one. We were in a lot of places in a day! From south to north then to south again!
While I was cleaning up my closet weeks ago, I saw this cropped top and realized that I haven't worn them in ages, so I built this outfit around it. I paired it with this pink skater skirt, which matched one of the colors in my top then went for comfortable flats since I've foreseen that it would be a busy day! I felt really young, cute and very girly when I wore this. Most of the time, how you dress up affects how you feel. So always dress up light and young so you'll feel the same way!
I'm thinking if I should hold a giveaway here on my blog sponsored by Oasap, I'm still having second thoughts though. Should I? HUHU.
