B&W

Monday, December 23, 2013

As I've said, it's fun to try an all black and white outfit - and in the midriff-skater skirt combo! It's been all the rage for quite a while now and who's to blame?  What's not to love when it's the perfect combination of sexy and classy, trying to show some skin without going overboard.

For a more conservative look, I decided to add a leather jacket. Yup, leather once again. Lol. I told you I have a thing for leathers and sweaters. Gotta take advantage while the weather still permits so lo and behold for upcoming numbers with leather and sweats!

I was going for a minimalist look so this sexy ankle-strap heels were perfect!

I was really tired (but very happy) this day and I just want to meet my own deadline so I had to post this. Sorry if I couldn't elaborate further. Lol. So why am I so happy and tired today? Uhmmmm, lemme see. AHA! I just had done christmas shopping two days in a row! Wooooo. Santa must be really good this year, well he is actually, all year round!! <3

THANK YOU MOMMY AND DADDY! YOU'RE THE BEST-EST! I LOVE YOU TO BITS! ;)

Sunday Dress

Saturday, July 27, 2013

As I've told you in my post yesterday, I've got nothing to do the whole weekend so I'm gonna make the most out of it and blog and blog and blog. I think there's about more than 10 blog posts lined up and I want to share it to all of you as soon as possible, so I might as well start now. :DD I wore this pretty Sunday dress more than a month ago when we went to Church. As usual, you know that my go-to-church-outfit is a dress.

This dress is really cute!! It's floral and it's pastel - nothing can get more girly than this! When I saw this dress hanging on the racks at a booth during the foundation week at the school of my little sister, I didn't hesitate and didn't put it back. I was holding it the whole time waiting for my mom to buy it for me. LOL. Anyway, I decided to pair this beautiful dress with a flat sandals to achieve the "little cute girl" vibe, although I'm not cute (I'm not cute because I'm pretty :P loljk). This outfit is very summer-y too. I just can't let go of summer yet because school works are stressing me out! HAHAHAHA!!

Grown Up

Sunday, June 16, 2013

Sometimes, its hard to act like a grown up - to be the one to adjust, to understand, to give way and to make decisions against your will. But in most instances, one has to stand and be the "grown up" just to make everything okay. (Okay, wala akong pinaghuhugutan. Just bringing up something to talk about, hahahahaha!) I'm nearly 18, and most of the time, I still have to remind myself to act and think like a grown up. I feel immature and often act childish. I always let my emotions cloud my judgement, I'm stubborn and I don't foresee the consequences of my actions. It just seems that I'm not ready for the real world yet. *sigh*

Maybe by dressing up like a grown up, it could somehow help me think like a grown up. (Oh, I used the word "up" three times in a sentence.) (And yes, I know that what I just said doesn't make sense. Wala lang akong masabi, sorry AHAHAHAHAHA)

So now, onto my outfit. When I wore this number and looked at the mirror, the first thought that entered mind was, "Ay, ang matured ko tingnan." And I somehow loved it. I rarely wear matured-looking clothes because I'm used to wearing girly and playful looks. But as I always say, it's not gonna hurt if you try new things once in a while. It's good to experiment and go beyond your comfort zone to discover and invent new looks that suits you.

This looks exactly the same as the shoes I've been dying to have from Zara last December 2012. We've been to every branch we could be just to find this particular pair and unfortunately, the stocks left are not in my size. I almost cried, just so you know! Haha. I found tons of online shops which sell the same design, but I'm too scared to buy shoes online because it might not fit me perfectly. So when I saw this pair in Kryz Uy's booth last BU5, I immediately grabbed it, fit it and paid for it - all mine in just 2 minutes (yeah, that's how fast things in BUs were. Lol) Up until now, I can't help but smile every time I try this pair on. It's so perf <3

Oh by the way, happy father's day to all dads out there, especially to my one and only. Happy father's day daddy!! Thank you for everything. I love you <3

Disneyland

Sunday, June 9, 2013

Disneyland - this has got to be the most magical place I've ever known. Uhh, I miss Hongkong. I wish I could go back there this very minute, but I can't. HUHU. Anyway, here's my third ootd. We were in a hurry because we're nearly late for the mass (it's my dentist's fault, she's late. HAHA! loljk), and I didn't have time to think of what to wear so I just grabbed the first dress that caught my eye when I entered my dressing room, wore a belt and settled for a black doll shoes.

I didn't even mind putting on accessories because I only had 5 minutes to get dressed. HAHA! I'm just glad dresses such as this are made, they are total life savers!! =))

This is the first ever shoes that I bought for myself. HAHA, my parents won't buy me because it's a little pricey and I think I'd have enough that time so I just have to tell them that I'll pay for it. This pair is a really good buy! I have this for years now (i don't know how long but it is long), and it is still good as new!! When I was just starting collecting shoes, I remember how I have all my shoes in neutrals HAHA! That way, I'd have no problem matching my shoes with my outfits. It's really good to invest in those kinds of shoes ;)

I'm so proud to say that I had the most productive weekend ever! HAHA. We've done so many things since last Friday!! :D Making the most out of the remaining days before school starts, eh? Speaking of school, I'm going back to LB later. And I swear, I'm really not ready to go back to school yet!!!!!!! :((

Seventeen

Friday, May 10, 2013

Here's another church-appropriate outfit. As I've said in my previous blog posts, I usually go for skirt when attending mass, not the short skirt so I find it appropriate. Pants nowadays are making my legs irritated so I barely use them. HAHA

I'm wearing a corset that matched my skirt. And you know that I can't stand wearing a corset alone outside the house so I added this denim jacket. Corsets alone are not appropriate for church anyway. They're too revealing! Lol

I went for my favorite oxfords. Huhu I think they'll leave me soon :((

Here's my fail twirl shot. Ughh, when will I get you?! I'd really love to have the perfect twirl shot in a skater skirt. Huhu. Btw, I'm really loving skater skirts. I'd like to have them in all colors!! HAHA It's so girly and fun to dress up with. I think I won't stop wearing skater skirts any time soon. ;)

I did my aztec nails! Wuhooooooo! I'm so proud. :"> I'm getting addicted in doing nail arts! It's simply fun and exciting. HAHA

HAHA awkward pose! I was supposed to show you my fingers but they can't be seen at this angle, but I decided to post it anyway HAHAHAHA

Lacey Summer

Tuesday, April 23, 2013

Oh wow. I think this is my very first blog post wherein I am wearing denim pants. I barely wear denim pants since I am short, whenever I wear them, it makes me look shorter so I usually pair it with heels-to add more height.

This wedge is really comfortable. I remembered when we went to Hongkong last year, I wore this specific pair and I survived the whole day of walking around Nathan road-where our hotel was located-without hurting my feet.

I wore this when we went to Festival Supermall to buy groceries and to hear mass. Now you know why I wore pants! LOL I then added contrast to the look by wearing this green sling bag I got from our Bicol trip last march, and matched it with green bracelets.

When I've worn this top to school, I got a lot of compliment. But this top really cost me about 200+ pesos only. I guess I must be lucky with sale. I got it on 50% off. :) When I saw it on the rack at the sm dept. store, the color caught my attention. Peach - perfect for summer! Then saw the price, ahhh that feeling. It's a win-win! That's why I love shopping during sale. But my (or my mom's) wallet suffers a lot though. :))

I'm on the bus right now and I'm so excited to watch Iron Man 3! We're on our way to Trinoma, yey!! Gonna watch with my HS friends <3

Feather Weather

Tuesday, April 16, 2013

I love wearing dresses. It's the easiest thing to wear. I mean, when you run out of ideas, you could easily put on a dress, add a little accessories and you're good to go.

It's appropriate for almost everything!! Going to mall, strolling in a park, going to church, etc. HAHA. Anyway, I wore this when we (with my family) went out on a Sunday. Sunday =  Church Day. So yeah, I wore this to hear mass. We wouldn't be out that long so I had the courage to wear this sky high heels! LOL. This is actually a gift from my tito. It is so nice, right? :")

HAHA, sorry but I was too lazy to add more accessories.
