Frozen

Monday, December 23, 2013

Have you ever watched or even just heard of Walt Disney's Frozen? Well if you haven't you are missing a big part of your life. Lol, okay, so maybe I was exaggerating. But really, I just can't help but give praise for the movie. It was so good - the animation, the music, the story. I just want to watch it again. DVDs, please come out sooner! And while still waiting for the original and clear copies of the movie, I have (or my sister have) downloaded the movie, its not the best quality but it can be dealt with. Haha, desperate times call for desperate measures, eh? Lol. One of my favorite songs from the movie is Love is an Open Door. Try to listen to it, it brings good vibes. ;)

So anyway, what has frozen got to do something with this post for today? It's not like I'm wearing ice and the pictures don't really scream 'cold', you could say that by simply looking at the intense afternoon heat at the background, HAHAH! Hmm, so while looking at the pictures for today's post, seeing the white, clean vest and icy blue-like heels, it kind of like reminded me of the movie! (sorry, maipilit lang. HAHA :p)

I wore this last week when my mom and I went to Paseo to fetch my sister. We looked for some things and had lunch. Just a simple and SHORT stroll, so I have to take advantage and wear one of my heels. It's not like I can wear them everyday at school or during long walks at the mall. My feet would give up on me! Haha.

I'd like to make the most out of my vacation and I'm really glad we have lots of plans. (which means more outfit posts!) Well it's like we always had plans anyway, and I know I'm really lucky to experience this kind of fortune, so thank you Lord! <3 but for now, since I'm staying at home, I gotta catch up with my series. So, bye for now!

*look up* lol

Just a short post for this evening. Wore this for a casual lunch out with my grandmother who went all the way from Bicol for my tito's birthday last last week. I've been leaning towards pullovers, sweaters and jackets for the past days and I have to say that the weather wasn't exactly how I thought it would be. There's still the intense heat during the afternoon and humid air at late night. Now I really do wish for snow in the Philippines.

Hehe, told you it would be a short post. I can't think of anything else to say because of the tiring but super FUN night-to-morning-bonding I had last night with my highschool friends. I was awake for 24 hours for the nth time! Lol. So now I better catch up with sleep. Goodnight! <3

Sunday Dress

Saturday, July 27, 2013

As I've told you in my post yesterday, I've got nothing to do the whole weekend so I'm gonna make the most out of it and blog and blog and blog. I think there's about more than 10 blog posts lined up and I want to share it to all of you as soon as possible, so I might as well start now. :DD I wore this pretty Sunday dress more than a month ago when we went to Church. As usual, you know that my go-to-church-outfit is a dress.

This dress is really cute!! It's floral and it's pastel - nothing can get more girly than this! When I saw this dress hanging on the racks at a booth during the foundation week at the school of my little sister, I didn't hesitate and didn't put it back. I was holding it the whole time waiting for my mom to buy it for me. LOL. Anyway, I decided to pair this beautiful dress with a flat sandals to achieve the "little cute girl" vibe, although I'm not cute (I'm not cute because I'm pretty :P loljk). This outfit is very summer-y too. I just can't let go of summer yet because school works are stressing me out! HAHAHAHA!!

Loose-ing It

Sunday, June 16, 2013

Have you ever felt the feeling of being left out? To be that one person in your group of friends who doesn't know a thing, and seeing the people around you whispering and staring at each other and see their eyes rolling and saying, "be quiet!", "why did you bring that up?!", "it's not for them to know!". I know that some people wants their secrets kept and only known by their bestestfriends, but its just so sad to think that you're the only one not told from the people around you.

It's fine with me if there are things happening in your life and you don't want me to know. I just hope that I wouldn't hear anything about it and feel that "Oh, I thought we were close enough to share everything that's going on in our lives, but I thought wrong." I know that I don't have the right to be angry when secrets/things are kept from me. It's just that it sucks to feel that they don't trust you or you're not worthy of their secrets.

So, okay enough of that. Let's move on. If ever you're experiencing the same thing, just think that sometimes, it's good not to know and be involved in everything. Now let's think of happy thoughts: CLOTHES ❤ Believe me or believe me, just thinking of clothes can lighten up my mood and brighten up my day.

I'm so happy with how this outfit turned out. I just remember staring at my clothes and trying everything on. I can't believe how everything came together. It looks so young, fresh and carefree! I wish I could think of more outfits that bring out the same vibes.

Haha. I look so happy in this photo šŸ˜„

Grown Up

Sometimes, its hard to act like a grown up - to be the one to adjust, to understand, to give way and to make decisions against your will. But in most instances, one has to stand and be the "grown up" just to make everything okay. (Okay, wala akong pinaghuhugutan. Just bringing up something to talk about, hahahahaha!) I'm nearly 18, and most of the time, I still have to remind myself to act and think like a grown up. I feel immature and often act childish. I always let my emotions cloud my judgement, I'm stubborn and I don't foresee the consequences of my actions. It just seems that I'm not ready for the real world yet. *sigh*

Maybe by dressing up like a grown up, it could somehow help me think like a grown up. (Oh, I used the word "up" three times in a sentence.) (And yes, I know that what I just said doesn't make sense. Wala lang akong masabi, sorry AHAHAHAHAHA)

So now, onto my outfit. When I wore this number and looked at the mirror, the first thought that entered mind was, "Ay, ang matured ko tingnan." And I somehow loved it. I rarely wear matured-looking clothes because I'm used to wearing girly and playful looks. But as I always say, it's not gonna hurt if you try new things once in a while. It's good to experiment and go beyond your comfort zone to discover and invent new looks that suits you.

This looks exactly the same as the shoes I've been dying to have from Zara last December 2012. We've been to every branch we could be just to find this particular pair and unfortunately, the stocks left are not in my size. I almost cried, just so you know! Haha. I found tons of online shops which sell the same design, but I'm too scared to buy shoes online because it might not fit me perfectly. So when I saw this pair in Kryz Uy's booth last BU5, I immediately grabbed it, fit it and paid for it - all mine in just 2 minutes (yeah, that's how fast things in BUs were. Lol) Up until now, I can't help but smile every time I try this pair on. It's so perf <3

Oh by the way, happy father's day to all dads out there, especially to my one and only. Happy father's day daddy!! Thank you for everything. I love you <3

Feeling Dainty

Monday, May 20, 2013

Yey, I'm back at home and I've realized that I missed my room (specifically my bed) so much!!! I could lie down all day, but I can't of course, I have lots of things to do!! HAHA. Anyway, here's what I wore one afternoon when my mom, sister and I decided to go to Paseo because 1) The power's out, 2) it's freakin' hot and 3) to eat Halo-Halo! HOHO

I think dresses such as this are really for keeps. I mean, who could go wrong with such simple, cute dresses? I could stack up dresses like this and wear them everyday. When you ran out of ideas of what to wear, dresses will always be a life-saver! It's the easiest thing to wear plus it makes you look chic effortlessly!

I didn't even mind to accessorize so much because the dress already makes up the whole dainty-feeling look! And look, I'm wearing the same watch that I've worn in Red Soles, except that it's in pink now.

I wonder what's with pink that makes everything look sweet and dainty. I know that a lot of girls have pink as their favorite color, well I couldn't blame them because no matter how many colors are existing in this world, pink will always be the one color that would stay in my heart (and teal of course, but we're talking about pink here so let us set aside teal for a moment lol). Oh, btw, I love how my nails matched the print of my dress!

P.S. Happy birthday Regina Claire Sawal! Alam kong nabati na kita pero gusto kitang batiin ulit. Hihi. Thank you, for everything!

Huhu. Pero syempre ayoko pang magklase so I'll see you tomorrow! Okay? Mwa! I love you! :*

P.P.S. Palaki ka na ng mata ha. Tska paturo ka na ulit sakin kumanta! Bwhahahahahaha

Bloom in Mullet

Friday, May 17, 2013

If ever you've read my previous post, well clearly the first part of it wasn't true. HAHA ate Pat uploaded our pictures yesterday from our outing a month ago and I've got something to blog about! Hooraaaaay!! Thank you ate Pat!! :*

So I came in a very summer-y outfit. I've had this skirt since December 2012 but I only got the chance to wear it now. I received it as a gift from one of my beautiftul friends, Ymagne, last Christmas. Yeah I'm only saying that because a lot of people see us as twins! HAHA She's the one in striped pencil skirt, right beside me :D

Lol. See our dads busy watching while we're busy taking pictures =))

Obviously, I am very happy! HAHA I always had a lot of fun when I'm with these people! We all live together in one apartment in Los BaƱos. And I've got to say, we're tight! As well as our parents. So we planned to have this outing at Pansol. I SWEAR IT WAS REALLY F-U-N! We sang, we played (volleyball, basketball), we ate (of course!), and then we swam until 3 am!

*Okay, tiis ganda para sa picture, medj makati yung grass hihi*

So anyway, I love this skirt, and I want to have more of it! Haha. For this outfit, I decided to match my top with one of the colors found on my skirt. Then added this pink belt, because the skirt is kind of big in my waist *yes naman, ang payat ko daw*.

Added some accessories that matched the colors of my skirt then wore my other favorite sandals in pink , then I'm good to go :D
